Katy Perry closed out her We Can Survive Benefit Concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles last night by bringing out a lineup of all-star songstresses who had performed earlier to sing her latest hit 'Roar.'
Perry, Ellie Goulding, Tegan and Sara, Sara Bareilles, and Kasey Musgraves took turns singing the verses, while Bonnie McKee, who wrote the song, joined everyone for the chorus.
Perry released her album 'Prism' (Capitol) this week and was also nominated for a YouTube Music Award for 'Artist of the Year.' She heads out on tour in support of 'Prism' next year. Details are still pretty much non-existent, but the singer did tell E!, "I'll be closer to the fans than I ever have before." We're not sure if she meant physically or emotionally. Maybe both.
