Last month, Neneh Cherry, the Swedish artist best known in the mainstream for her 1980s hit 'Buffalo Stance,' announced a new solo album, her first in 16 years, called 'Blank Project,' which would feature production by Four Tet and guest vocals by Robyn.

Yesterday, Cherry revealed that the 10-track album is scheduled for release on February 26, 2014 on Smalltown Supersound. According to a press statement, "musically, Blank Project is a departure from anything Neneh has previously done, initially written as a means of working through personal tragedy."

Earlier this year, Cherry -- who performed at the recent Red Bull Music Academy Weekender in Stockholm -- released a collaborative track, 'Nina,' with hip-hop legend Afrika Bambaataa that was also produced by Four Tet (who had previously contributed to a collection of remixes based on her album 'The Cherry Thing,' which she made with the jazz trio The Thing).
