Just over one week after Skrillex and Diplo dropped a crazy new video for Jack Ü's "Mind" (featuring Kai), Skrillex and Jauz have returned with an even crazier new video for "Squad Out!" (featuring Fatman Scoop).

You (hopefully) already know the song — it was featured on the Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim Singles 2015" compilation along with tracks by Slayer, Danny Brown and Run the Jewels. And you (hopefully) already know Jauz — he's the quickly rising star from Los Angeles who rocked the Mad Decent Block Party circuit last year and has earned praise for his original song "Feel the Volume" and his remixes of tracks by Ed Sheeran and A$AP Mob.

Today we're happy to premiere the animated "Squad Out!" music video, which shows Skrillex and Jauz getting slimed by a strange elevator monster, getting zapped by a mysterious blast of hyper-electricity and getting tormented by an insanely scary but fun and mighty bass-dropping Fatman Scoop. Watch it below, and learn more about the making of the video from director and animator Adam Fuchs.

"When I heard the track, I immediately knew exactly what I wanted to do visually," says Fuchs, who has worked on videos by Flying Lotus, Little Dragon and Neon Indian. "That rarely happens with any project I work on. The track has so many great melodic elements, it was so much fun conceiving ideas around them."

Oh yeah, and Fuchs also had a bizarre dream that inspired the clip: "There was this really great moment that happened before starting the video," he says. "I woke up from a deep sleep on my couch to a late night talk show on my TV. They were airing a bit that had a fake Skrillex battle rapping with Ben Franklin and I was so exhausted, I didn’t quite know what I was watching. It was one of the weirdest and most confusing things I’ve seen in a long time. I knew at that moment, I had to make something that could be viewed in the same way I saw that skit. I hope I accomplished that."

Mission accomplished!
