Guy Kämpfen’s Swiss clothing label Safari celebrates its anniversary with a ten-year-retrospective.
Just like that, it’s ten years later. When the Zurich-based crew around brothers Luc and Guy Kämpfen founded their own clothing label Safari in 2002, they created a brand for several generations of Swiss skateboarders to call a home. Safari makes up a big part of Swiss skateboarding to this day and for their anniversary, they make it obvious they’re not planning on going anywhere. The brand has just published both a new full-length video-feature as well as a coffee-table book with a photographic retrospective of their last ten years spent together. Swiss lensman Alan Maag takes us through some of his favourite snaps of the crew.
