Adelmo Jr., Wallie

Belém, Brazil in 2010. This was shot on the first few days of our Amazon trip, where we took a river boat up the Amazon for three weeks. Adelmo blasted this wallie off a hefty drop just as the police showed up.

An epic Vans trip to the island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean Sea brought us to this curved ledge. AVE Feebled the whole thing with ease and proceeded to feeble 180 it as well.

I had heard Baku, Azerbaijan was good to skate some years earlier and we finally made it there on a Nike trip last year. Spots like this were a dime a dozen and Donovon ollied up and over the bench, back into the bank with finesse.

La Paz is at 14,000 ft in elevation. That said it isn't the easiest place to skate. Everyone took twice as long to make their tricks because it was so hard to breath but an epic place non-the-less. Dylan muscled through this backside flip at the Golden Hour on the edge of town.

Probably still one of the top three trips I've ever done. The Trans Siberian Railway one for the books. Jack laid it down with this back lip at the train station in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

This was a life changing experience. There's no other way to describe risking your neck on motorbikes in Vietnam everyday for a month. We were riding for three days in the rain when Javi noticed this gap into bank off the highway. We dried up the runway then he stuck it after a few muddy spills.

I thought it would be ironic to show Kenny Reed skating in the USA. This was from a trip with I-Path we did where we found skateable "slickrock" or petrified sand dunes and spent a week camping and skating in nature.

India is an amazing place to photograph. Everywhere you look can seem like the pages of National Geographic. We did several sunrise missions like this to get the best light for artsy skate shots.

Turkey was chaos. So many people everywhere and lots of wild times. Spanky stuck this wallie while dodging heavy crowds in front of the Mosque of Suleymaniye.

We really tried to get to no mans land for this one. Almaty is one of the farthest cities from an ocean. Dusty though it was, it was pretty good for skating. Wieger front heels below some ominous Soviet era architecture.
