Scotty transitions from an upcoming grom to one of the best snowboarders in the world.
There's a good chance you were introduced to little Scotty James in Vancouver in 2010 when he became Australia's youngest male Olympian is 50 years at the age of 15. Fast forward to the present, the 19-year-old is one of the best snowboarders in the world.
The upcoming season is shaping up as his biggest yet, as he prepares to take the next step in both halfpipe and slopestyle carrying the flag for the Aussies.
To be considered a contender in slopestyle you have to have the triple cork in your bag of tricks. Guess what, he's got it. Oh and he's not bad in the pipe either.
Have a watch as Scotty fills us in on his motivation for the upcoming season, the art of the triple cork, and as an added bonus, he sings some Katy Perry.
