Lindsey Vonn is the most successful ski racer in American history, as well as the only American woman ever to win Olympic gold in the women’s downhill.

As the second female to win four World Cup Championships, Vonn is poised to become the all-time best in her sport.

Take a look at the statistics from a successful career that has led Vonn to 61 World Cup victories – just one win behind the all-time record by Austrian great Annemarie Moser-Proll.

As the hunt for 63 continues, Vonn will compete again this weekend at the FIS World Cup in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria. Take a look at Vonn's exclusive blog that she shared with The Red Bulletin on her way to the event.

Check out Vonn’s journey to overcome two major injuries, through her physical and emotional struggles as she attempts to return to the top of her sport in "Lindsey Vonn: The Climb" – the one-hour film chronicling the skiing champion’s remarkable comeback.

The documentary "Lindsey Vonn: The Climb" will be broadcast on NBCSN beginning in February and available digitally on Red Bull TV starting Jan. 28.
