Who wouldn't want a few fitness pointers from Golden State Warriors small forward Harrison Barnes? We recently spent a little time with him for an exclusive training session, and you better believe we were happy with the results.
"A lot of people ask me what I do to stay in shape during the season," Barnes says in the video below. "Honestly, I try to mix it up."

Okay, so maybe we fibbed a little. While lifting and moving cases of Red Bull indeed can be part of a beneficial workout regimen, it might not be precisely how Barnes got to where he is today: a starter on the team with the NBA's best record.
However, he was definitely happy to see the recent launch of the new Red Bull Yellow Edition, and joined in our distribution efforts to make sure it was available for Warriors fans in and around Oakland (don't worry — it's available where you are too!).
"It’s the best-tasting," Barnes told RedBull.com. "It tastes like summer in a can."
He added, "That was fun — seeing people come inside, see their reaction, take pictures — it was a lot of fun."
