Jake Dearden is a former ultra marathon runner and functional fitness competitor who found his calling in the fast-growing fitness race, HYROX. Combining his endurance background and passion for functional fitness, Jake quickly realized he was the ideal athlete for the sport, which challenges competitors with eight 1-kilometer runs and eight intense workout stations.

As one of the brightest stars in the HYROX community, Jake has firmly established himself as a leading figure in the sport. Competing in the Elite 15 category – the highest level in HYROX where only the top 15 athletes globally can compete – Jake is a consistent force on the world stage. Beyond his athletic achievements, Jake is also a HYROX Master Trainer, dedicated to helping others achieve their potential in the sport.
