Every year, B-Boys and B-Girls from around the world step into the cypher to battle for a place at the Red Bull BC One World Final.
On Saturday 26 September, Street University in Liverpool will become the battleground for Red Bull BC One Cypher Australia, bringing together some of the country’s best B-Boys and B-Girls to go head-to-head for the national title.
With everything on the line, 16 B-Boys and 8 B-Girls will hit the floor, going round-for-round in one-on-one battles as they look to earn their place on the world stage at the Red Bull BC One World Final in Toronto, Canada, on 29 November 2026.
What to expect at Red Bull BC One Cypher Australia
- Event: Red Bull BC One Cypher Australia
- Date: Saturday 26 September
- Time: 6:00pm - 8:30pm
- Location: Street University, 403 Newbridge Rd, Moorebank NSW 2170
- Format: One-on-one battle format. There will be two (2) rounds for each battle (30 seconds each), with a special three (3) round battle for each B-Boy and B-Girl final.
- Competitors: 16 B-Boys and 8 B-Girls from across the country will compete at Red Bull BC One Cypher Australia.
- Judges: B-Boys Perna (Rwmz Crew - SA) and Sette (Wicked Force Crew – QLD), more TBA.

Hosted by Mistery, the Cypher will put Australia’s breaking talent centre stage, with competitors drawing on their own styles and vocabularies - from toprock and footwork to freezes, powermoves and everything in between.
The judging panel currently features B-Boys Perna (Rwmz Crew, SA) and Sette (Wicked Force Crew, QLD), with more judges to be announced.
On the decks, DJ Naiki will provide the soundtrack as the battles unfold, with live Hip Hop performances spanning from Australia’s old-school pioneers to the artists shaping the culture today.
The cypher is set. The rest comes down to the battle.
