What is Red Bull Dance your Style?
Red Bull Dance Your Style is a global all-styles street dance event series with a unique battle format. From hip hop to house, to locking to popping – dancers participating in Red Bull Dance Your Style will need to ‘wow’ the crowd and ultimately win their vote.
Testing freestyle and musicality skills through unpredictable mainstream tracks ranging from recent global hits to classic beats, Red Bull Dance Your Style will have the crowd deciding who will rule the dance floor at this exciting free event.
Each round is a one on one performance with a dancer on each side of the floor.
Dancers will not know what music they will be dancing to and will have to improvise based on what track is being played.
All music will be curated and played by Kez aka Kieran Crowe, an Australian DJ and dancer.

Red Bull Dance Your Style has run since 2018 and started out with 14 countries and 29 events. Since then it has grown to 50+ countries and 160+ events.

In 2025, the winner was Nonoy. His third attempt at winning Red Bull Dance Your Style!

What are the rules?
Dancers have 2 x 1-minute windows in each battle round to showcase their moves; each round will feature a different song. In the final battle, the two final dancers will dance 3 x 1 min windows to three different songs to take out the title.
The crowd plays an important role in the outcome of each battle. Unlike most street dance competitions, Red Bull Dance Your Style doesn't have a panel of dancers judging and voting for a winner.
Instead, the winner of each battle is decided on a crowd vote. Red Bull Dance Your Style prioritises performance and dancer showmanship over the more technical aspects of a style.
By allowing the crowd to be the judges, dancers are free to really express their personality and character, as in the end, the dancer who triumphs will be the one who can win over the crowd with their performance and individuality.
After each round, it goes to a crowd vote with people raising either a red or blue Red Bull Dance Your Style card. Whichever colour has been raised the most means the dancer with that assigned colour wins that round.
The crowd is encouraged to base their vote on Rhythm, Movement, Creativity, and Charisma.

What is the major prize for the winner?
The winner of the Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final will be crowned the 2026 Australian champion and fly to Zurich, Switzerland to represent Australia in the World Finals.
They will dance against dancers from over 50+ countries around the world.
The Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final is coming to Switzerland's Hallenstadion Zurich on October 24, 2026!

How do I enter?
The top four dancers from the Qualifier will go on to compete alongside 12 wildcards in the Red Bull Dance Your Style National Final

Where will National Qualifier take place?
This year, the Red Bull Dance Your Style Qualifier is at the Pier St Underpass, Darling Harbour, Sydney, on Saturday, 18th April 2026. Registration at 11:30am, competition at 12/midday. You can register to compete here.
