Hit&Run Smith & Andino go head-to-head at Trestles

Between contests, the Lowers regulars offered up some fireworks for the local crowd.

Andino is a born and bred local at Trestles and knows the wave perhaps better than anyone out there. Smith meanwhile is a recent transplant, but given his supernaturalness in the water, he's had no trouble rising to the top of the pecking order out there in the line up.

Lowers is of course famous for it's 24/7 crowd (seriously, people surf in the middle of the night out there). But when you rip like Andino and Smith, the masses have no problem taking a step back to let you do your thing, throw some fireworks, and show the kids how it's done. And this edit from Jacob Vanderwork does indeed show us how it's done.
