How to enter a code in Monster Hunter Wilds:
When you first start the game, you will be able to enter a customisation code in the character creation menu. After that, you won't be able to modify your character in as much detail as when you started, so you won't be able to enter any more codes. But don't panic, you can download a character modification coupon and palico from your game platform. The first coupon is free, but subsequent coupons will cost money.

You will then be able to modify your hunter when you choose your save game just after the title screen, and once in your character creation menu, you will need to go to the far right and then Download a model.
