The Australian has won 50 World Series competitions across 61 stops in 22 countries, including 10 World Series titles. She arrived on the circuit in 2016 as a wildcard rookie and won the championship in her debut season – the first woman to do so.
A decade later, Iffland remains one of the defining athletes in the history of cliff diving.

From her first win in Texas to 50 victories around the world
Iffland's first World Series appearance came in Texas in 2016. She didn't ease her way into the competition either; she won in a dominant style.
That first victory was the start of a career that has taken her to 61 World Series stops across 22 countries, with 50 of those appearances ending in victory.
Her 2026 season added further milestones, with wins in Bali, Copenhagen and Mostar taking her career tally to 50.

2016: A champion from day one
Iffland entered the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in 2016 as a wildcard rookie.
She won the World Series in her debut season, becoming the first woman to win the title as a rookie.
Her first season included victories in Texas, São Miguel, Pembrokeshire, Shirahama and Dubai, establishing an early pattern that would become familiar throughout her career: Iffland at the top of the podium.

2017: Back-to-back champion
Iffland followed her rookie title with another World Series championship in 2017.
She won four stops that season, including victories in Inis Mór, Polignano a Mare, Texas and Lago Ranco.

2018: Three titles in three years
The winning continued in 2018, with Iffland claiming her third consecutive World Series title.
She won in São Miguel and Polignano a Mare, while also finishing second at Sisikon and Mostar.
2019: The perfect season
If one season sums up Iffland's dominance, it's 2019.
She won all seven Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series stops, completing a perfect season and securing her fourth consecutive title.
Her victories came in El Nido, Dublin, Polignano a Mare, São Miguel, Beirut, Mostar and Bilbao.
It was more than a championship season. Iffland became the first Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series diver to go unbeaten across an entire season.
2021: Back after the break
After the 2020 break, Iffland returned to the World Series in 2021 and picked up where she left off.
She won all six stops listed in the season history: Saint-Raphaël, Oslo, Mostar, Downpatrick Head, Puglia and Polignano a Mare.
2022: Another title, another eight stops
Iffland competed at eight World Series stops in 2022 and won seven of them.
Her victories came in Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, Mostar, Sisikon, Polignano a Mare and Sydney.
The Sydney victory was particularly significant, bringing the World Series to Australia for the season finale.
2023: Six stops, six wins
The 2023 season was another clean sweep.
Iffland won all six stops recorded in her career history: Boston, Paris, Polignano a Mare, Takachiho, Mostar and Auckland.
2024: Eight stops and title number eight
Iffland's 2024 campaign featured eight World Series stops, with victories in Boston, Polignano a Mare, Causeway Coast, Oslo and Sydney.
She also claimed the World Series title in Sydney, with the Australian finale bringing the 2024 season to a close.

Mostar has also played a huge role in Iffland's career, with multiple victories at the iconic Stari Most. Her 2026 win was particularly significant, securing her 10th World Series title.
Sydney, Australia
For an Australian champion, competing at home has provided some of the biggest moments of Iffland's career.
She won the World Series stop in Sydney in 2022 and again in 2024.
From trampolining to diving
Iffland's career in the air started long before she began throwing herself from cliffs.
She started diving at nine years old, having initially been a trampolinist.
That early experience gave her years of practice flipping, twisting and controlling her body in the air before she eventually made the leap into high diving.

From diving to cliff diving
Iffland eventually moved from traditional diving into high diving before making her Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series debut as a wildcard in 2016.
She was 24 when she joined the series and immediately won the championship.
