Jun Yuh

Jun Yuh is an educational creator and entrepreneur with over 8 million followers. While earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering, he shared evidence-based techniques to enhance academic performance. His book, The Learning System, became Amazon’s #1 new release for planners, driving him to surpass 7-figures in revenue before graduating. Jun also gained valuable experience with global pharma leaders like GSK and Novartis, providing deep insights into innovation. After graduating in June, he co-founded Creator College, a platform where top creators and business experts mentor the next generation on building powerful personal brands.

Hans Yang

Hans Yang oversees Microsoft for Startups, a global team dedicated to making startup founders successful through at-scale programs and platforms. The team’s mission is to democratize innovation by supporting founders at every stage of their startup journey. Previously, Hans was a partner at Boston Consulting Group, in the digital ventures practice. He worked with leading global corporations on digital transformation, innovation, and corporate venture building. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Luxe Valet before its acquisition by Volvo in 2017. Prior to that, he led game studios for top mobile and social publishers at Disney and Zynga, with multiple number one games. Hans sits on the board of APIA Scholars, the largest Asian Pacific Islander American scholarship fund, and served as an executive sponsor for the Asian Employee Resource Group at Microsoft.

Letizia Royo-Villanova

Letizia began her career in the banking industry, gaining experience in both the Sales and Trading at Morgan Stanley and Investment Banking at HSBC in London. At Plug and Play, she advises Financial Institutions on their innovation strategies and leads investments in the FinTech sector, having successfully worked on 25 deals. Her focus areas include financial infrastructure, AI, climate fintech, and financial inclusion. Letizia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Bath (UK).

Molly Carlson

Molly Carlson is a trailblazer in high diving, known for her groundbreaking achievements and transformative impact on the sport and its community. A member of Canada’s Elite National High Dive Team, Molly competes in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, where she completed the season as the second ranked diver. Her journey in diving began with a dream of the Olympics, but after facing intense pressure and developing a severe eating disorder, she was forced to step away. In 2020, Molly returned to the sport with a renewed focus on high diving, quickly becoming a standout athlete.Molly’s influence extends beyond her sporting achievements. She has captivated a global audience, amassing over 6 million followers who are drawn not only to her thrilling dives but also to her authenticity and openness about her personal struggles. Through her candid storytelling, Molly launched the #BraveGang movement, advocating for self-love, body positivity, and overcoming fears. This movement has resonated deeply, with the hashtag garnering over a billion views on TikTok, as millions join in to share their own brave stories. In June 2024, Molly expanded this initiative with the @bravegang_ Instagram page, a dedicated space where individuals can support one another and celebrate their unique journeys. Inspired by her own experiences with anxiety and feeling alone, Molly is committed to ensuring that no one feels isolated in their challenges, particularly young people navigating similar struggles.
