Dalhousie commerce students Ryan Stephen and Buddy Arbuck are off to the Tokyo for the Red Bull Basement Global Finals with their startup, Estate Lynx. Their AI-powered platform makes real estate investing easier for beginners and helps break down barriers for the next generation of agents.

The idea, inspired by personal experiences and refined through feedback, has taken them from campus to the world stage. Despite challenges along the way, Ryan and Buddy stayed focused on their vision. Now, they’re excited to showcase their idea and aim to make a big impact in real estate and with Tokyo on the horizon, they’re not just dreaming big—they’re acting on it.
