Follow Bianca Haw around the Stellenbosch World Cup XCO Track
The flagship cross-country race series makes its first visit to Stellenbosch in South Africa next week so get the inside track on the Coetzenberg course with the country's premier XCO racer.
At 4.4km in length and encompassing 180m of climbing per lap, there's nowhere to hide in this pain-cave, and Haw isn't afraid to admit it.

Track builder Corrie Muller, who's a dentist when not shaping berms, has designed a compact and spectator friendly track that boasts many obstacles sure to test the riders' technical ability, as well as their fitness, not to mention put their equipment's durability under the microscope.

With March usually an extremely hot month in South Africa, temperatures are likely to reach boiling point, which will test the XCO elite even further when the starter's gun fires.
