From an early age, Hiroto Ogiwara went to ski resorts with his parents, and their love of snowboarding quickly rubbed off on him. Hiroto immediately took to snowboarding, and as early as he can remember, he could flow freely on the snow.

By the time Ogiwara was in elementary school, he was challenging the status quo. When he was only nine years old, he made a challenge video that went viral worldwide and became a hot topic in snowboarding. Hiroto says this set in motion his deep love of the sport.
