Anybody can play well on FIFA 20 with the likes of Barcelona, Manchester City or Piemonte Calcio but using the same teams gets boring after a while.
If you want to beat your friends or win more online games there are a number of incredible teams who are better than the rating suggests. These are the best teams to use in FIFA 20 that don't have a 5 star rating.

4 star teams

Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray has a surprising amount of star power in the team especially with the recent signing of Falcao. The Colombian forward isn't as fast as he used to be but makes up for that with his 90 positioning, 86 finishing and a four-star weak-foot.
Ryan Babel and Sofiane Feghouli offer plenty of pace and trickery on the wings while there are plenty of central midfield options with Younès Belhanda, Jean Michael Seri, Mario Lemina and Steven Nzonzi all offering different qualities. The centre-backs do leave a lot to be desired but Uruguay international Fernando Muslera at least offers some security in goal.

The former Premier League champions are flying under Brendan Rodgers who has put together an impressive squad. The team features a brilliant midfield core with Wilfred Ndidi doing the defensive work while Youri Tielemans unleashes his playmaking potential with 84 short passing, 82 vision and 81 long passing.
The main man is Jamie Vardy with his 88 sprint speed, 87 acceleration and 85 finishing and it helps that there are players like Ayoze Pérez, James Maddison and Demarai Gray who can support him.
While the front line doesn't lack any pace, the central-back pairing of Jonny Evans and Çağlar Söyüncü certainly do so you may need to sit slightly deeper.

Mexico

As for international teams, Mexico are unbelievably fun to play as. Raúl Jiménez is an excellent striker with strong finishing ability but where this team shines is the wingers. Jesús Corona has both five-star skills and weak-foot while Hirving Lozano is lightning quick with 94 acceleration and 93 sprint speed.
The high/high work rates of Héctor Herrera and the 85 ball control of Andrés Guardado offer some stability in the middle of the park but the back-line including goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa isn't the strongest.

The Dutch side are best known for their attacking prowess and this year's squad is no different. Young striker Donyell Martin is a handful for defenders with his 92 acceleration and four-star skills like wingers Bruma and Steven Bergwijn are just as fast and tricky.
However, the same can not be said about left-back Olivier Boscagli whose 68 sprint speed could leave him vulnerable. Fortunately, centre-backs Timo Baumgartl and Nick Viergever are slightly more mobile and should be able to cover.

4.5 star teams

Napoli

Serie A giants Napoli have outrageous attacking talent with two players standing out above the rest, 87-rated forwards Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens. Both feel fantastic on the ball with 94 agility and four-star skills though, Mertens is the better goal-scorer with 86 finishing and Isigne is a better playmaker with 89 vision.
The team is also unbelievably solid at the back thanks to the pairing of Kostas Manolas and Kalidou Koulibaly. Kouilbaly is an excellent ball-winner at 89 overall with 91 defensive awareness and 90 stand tackling while Manolas makes a great sweeper thanks to his 83 sprint-speed and 89 slide tackling. They will have to do a lot of hard work with the goalkeeper options being 80-rated David Ospina and 78-rated Alex Meret.

Bayern Leverkusen

Moving into the Bundesliga, Bayern Leverkusen has some very exciting players -- especially Kai Havertz. The 20-year-old is amazing on the game with four-star skills and weak-foot, 89 sprint speed, 87 ball control and 85 short passing.
Wingers Leon Bailey and Karim Bellarabi offer plenty of threat on the wings with pace in the 90s. The team is also flexible at the back with Sven and Lars Bender able to play in midfield or defence and Wendell working as a left-back or a centre-back of a back three.
The only thing to note is that a lot rides on the aforementioned forwards' shoulders as central midfielders Julian Baumgartlinger and Charles Aránguiz offer very little offensively.

RB Leipzig

Sticking to Germany, RB Leipzig is perhaps a more attacking team than Leverkusen. Playing two strikers appears to work well in FIFA 20 judging by the best formations which suits the team perfectly. Timo Werner is deadly on the counter with 93 acceleration, 92 sprint speed and 86 finishing while 6'4" forward Yussuf Poulsen is an excellent target man with 85 heading accuracy, 84 jumping and 86 positioning. The attacking midfielders are also strong with Emil Forsberg fantastic on the ball and Marcel Sabitzer a long shot specialist.
Meanwhile at the back, 81-rated Willi Orban is a rock in the middle of a back five with fellow centrebacks Ibrahima Konaté and Dayot Upamecano having the pace to cover for him. Though, because of the system Leipzig play you will have to be comfortable with playing through the middle as the club has very few options on the wing.

FC Porto

The Portuguese giants are another fun team with plenty of pace to burn. The wing-backs are particularly exciting with 84-rated and attack-minded left-back Alex Telles and the aforementioned Jesús Corona who can also play at right-back.
Wingers Otávio and Luis Díaz are both very quick and skilful while CDM Danilo Pereira screens the back-line and box-to-box midfielder Mateus Uribe runs the show. And then there is Moussa Marega who leads the front-line superbly with his 89 sprint speed, 90 strength and 84 shot power.
You don't have to worry too much at the back either with the experience of former Real Madrid pair Pepe and Iker Casillas, the latter in the reserves, though they can be exposed by the attacking nature of the aforementioned wing-backs.
