Don't be fooled by Tahnée Seagrave's tiara-toting appearance, this young-gun is looking more dangerous than a salt-water crocodile at the 2017 UCI MTB World Championships in Cairns, Australia. She's all set to go for the kill and take the Women's gold medal on Sunday, September 10, after topping timed training.
The 2017 season has seen Seagrave accelerate onto the top step of the podium aboard her trusty steed – the freshly sculptured Transition TR11. Needless to say it's a thing of beauty.
The TR11 is one of the freshest frames on the circuit. Having made its debut in prototype form at Fort William earlier in the season, the bike has since gone into full production.
For the 2017 World Championships, Seagrave has gone for an understated paint job compared to previous World Champs efforts. The bike is mainly stealth black, with chrome accents littering parts of the bike.
Seagrave did extensive suspension testing with Fox during the pre-season to have the TR11 perfect for its debut at Fort William.
She's is very particular over her brakes and they are bled out most days by her mechanic, Matt Allingham. This bike is also sporting new Crankbrothers Mallet pedals with adjustable traction pads, running thicker and with very low set pins for a bit of free movement.
