Congratulations! You did it – you've almost made it through January, i.e. undoubtedly the worst month of the year. If you made a resolution to start a fitness programme (and stuck to it), fair dues. Now comes the really hard part, though: keeping it going.
We know what it's like to need motivation to get you pounding the pavement or through the door of the gym during the notorious 'February Fall-off' period. That's exactly why we've specifically tailored not one, not two, but THREE special Spotify playlists to help you over the hump and get you firing on all cylinders once again: Energy, Wings and Vitalise.
Our 'Energy' playlist is designed to get the blood flowing, heart thumping and endorphins flowing – which is why you'll find we've chosen tracks that clock in at 128bpm and upwards. Whether you're using it during a workout or to get in the zone beforehand , it'll do the trick with the likes of Le Boeuf's remix of hip-hop classic 'Regulate' by Warren G & Nate Dogg, Michael Woods' stomping 'Chin Up' and John 'J-C' Carr's superb remix of Sia's 'Cheap Thrills'. You'll also find other dance-oriented tracks from everyone from Rudimental to W&W to Major Lazer and beyond, ensuring that the soundtrack to your workout – no matter where it is, or what kind – will keep you pumped.

Next, there's the 'Wings' playlist. As its name suggests, these songs are the kind of tunes that will make you want to achieve the impossible. Need a motivational hit? This is the one you need to hear, with a plethora of kick-ass, air-punching pop-rock songs by everyone from Muse ('Survival') to Ellie Goulding ('Burn'), Katy Perry ('Rise') to Rihanna ('We Found Love') and Lady Gaga ('Born This Way') to Sia ('The Greatest'). There's even a few oldies-but-goodies in there with Queen ('We Are the Champions') and Journey ('Don't Stop Believing'), while no self-respecting motivational playlist would be complete without the ultimate feel-good song, Survivor's 'Eye of the Tiger'.

Finally, once you're on top of your game and feeling good, you'll want to stay there. That's where the 'Vitalise' playlist comes in. These songs were selected with a post-workout comedown in mind, so they're at 128bpm and below and lean towards a mix of pop, rock and dance tunes. It's important to give yourself a hearty slap on the back after breaking a sweat, and this playlist is as feel-good as it comes, with tracks by Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Calvin Harris, The Weeknd, twentyonepilots, Little Mix, Adele and more. Let's be honest – as cheesy as it may be, who doesn't get that feel-good glow listening to Pharrell's 'Happy'?
