Born in Vevey, Switzerland, StalaMuerte started dancing before he had even turned 10 after being introduced to hip-hop culture by his older brother. After watching VHS tapes of battles and learning a few basic moves, he fell in love with freestyle and began taking the style of dance more seriously in 2008.

The first time he performed was in a street show with a friend when he was just 14 and “people went crazy”. This moment changed his life forever, and StalaMuerte knew that he wanted to pursue a career in dance.
