A world champion before he was out of his teens, it won't surprise you to learn that Timothy Ho Chu-Ting was introduced to rope skipping at an early age. At the age of eight, Ho's fleet footwork was first spotted by a teacher at his primary school, who encouraged him to join the school's rope-skipping team. Just four years later, he was Hong Kong champion.

Now a key member of the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Club and captain of Hong Kong's all-conquering team at the biennial FISAC-IRSF Championships, he's a multiple world champion. In 2012, he broke the record for number of skips in three minutes, registering 500 to beat the previous total of 488.
