Red Bull Campus Cricket has been sparking new headlines by truly offering college cricketers in the country a chance to shine in the limelight.
Rajasthan Royals will be scouting for talent during the annual international T20 tournament for college cricket teams and will offer trials to select players.
A team of scouts, coaches and players of Rajasthan Royals have been present at recent editions of Red Bull Campus Cricket to pick key players who are bound to impress. The few selected players get a spectacular opportunity to be a part of the trials conducted by the team along with the possibility of getting picked for next season’s auctions.
Among the players scouted at Red Bull Campus Cricket recently was Shahrukh Khan, who was then picked up by Punjab in the auction following a successful trial with Rajasthan Royals.
Other players to have recently stepped up to the big league following a stint in Red Bull Campus Cricket have been Ruturaj Gaikwad, Arshdeep Singh and Ripal Patel.

Red Bull Campus Cricket is an annual international T20 tournament for college cricket teams, providing a platform for young talent to play on a world stage and make their way into professional cricket without having to give up on college education.
The competition was launched in 2012 and is now in its eighth year. The respective teams have each won national qualifiers to represent their countries at the World Finals.
