Andrea Verona is one of the most consistent performers in Enduro motorbike racing right now. He's also hugely successful, having won 23 out of the 26 races he entered in 2021 and 2022.
The Italian rider has secured many titles in a short space of time, including winning the FIM E1 Enduro World Championship in 2020, 2021 and 2022, as well as the FIM EnduroGP World Championship in 2022.
His first championship came courtesy of a nine-race winning streak while riding in the 125cc category back in 2017 that saw him secure the title with two rounds of the series to spare.
Verona went one better in the 2019 season by winning all but one race of the FIM Junior Enduro World Championship to take the title in fine style. He scored double victories in Germany, Portugal, Spain and finally in Italy, where he secured the championship in front of a jubilant home crowd in Rovetta.
A deserved promotion to the open-age classes soon followed – along with even more title success in the form of the 2020 IM E1 Enduro World Championship.
The 2020 season saw Verona sign up with the powerful GASGAS factory team, a move which proved to be a catalyst for a new period of dominance for the Italian rider. Over the following two years he added another four titles to his collection of silverware, achieving an enviable winning rate that puts him head and shoulders above his competitors.
