Since that first showing in front of her home fans – which Cosetti described as ‘insane’ – she’s gone on to record four top-5 finishes in 17 starts, including a career-high third place in Oslo in 2024.
Following a few seasons of progression, it was that podium finish in Norway – along with a fourth place at the opener in Athens and fifth at the finale in Sydney – which cemented a breakthrough 2024 season and helped her to earn a first permanent ticket to the World Series in 2025.
Despite securing her best result on home soil with a fourth-place finish in Polignano a Mare last season, the 23-year-old struggled to find her form at the other three stops. Two 10th places and an 11th meant her stay in the permanent line-up was short-lived, and she’ll once again compete as a wildcard in 2026.
Cosetti, who credits compatriot and former cliff diver Alessandro De Rose with sparking her interest in the sport, values the power of positive thinking and never giving up, revealing that’s the main advice she would give her younger self.
In 2026, beginning with an invite to the season opener in Bali, she’ll get to put those beliefs into play as she chases her dream of winning a World Series stop.
