Outside spiker Hande Baladın is a key part of Turkey's record-breaking Eczacıbaşı VitrA volleyball club's ongoing success.

Born in Kütahya, Turkey, in 1997, Hande Baladin was young when her family moved to Istanbul, and she started her volleyball career. After joining the capital's renowned Eczacıbaşı VitrA club – which boasts a record number of Turkish league titles – she played as a middle blocker in the youth and junior teams. Since 2014, she's played as an outside spiker.

After impressing on loan at Sarıyer Belediyespor during the 2014-15 season, she was promoted to the Eczacıbaşı VitrA first team on her return. She won a gold medal at the 2016 Club World Championship and a bronze in the CEV Champions League.
