As with so many pro racing drivers, Nick Cassidy started his career in karting at a young age and the New Zealand racer has gone on to win every series in Japan.

After stepping into a kart aged just six, Nick first raced a cadet kart before moving up to Junior Restricted as soon as the KartSport rules allowed at the age of 10.
