Cuco is looking for true love in his reimagined Amor de Siempre video
The exciting new talent is joined by an all-female mariachi band in this video for Red Bull Music.
Despite being just 20-years-old, Californian singer-songwriter Cuco has an impressive understanding of the complexities of human emotion. The versatile Chicano artist connects with his growing audience by exposing his own vulnerabilities, and has an open-door policy on his own intimacies.
Now, to dig even deeper into the mysteries of love, Cuco has teamed up with Red Bull Music to create a heartfelt re-imagining of his track Amor de Siempre [Love of Always]. Working in collaboration with Los Angeles-based all-female traditional group Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas, the video is set in Cuco's hometown and it follows the true love stories of young Angelenos.
For Cuco, who grew up playing in mariachi bands before he started writing his own music from his bedroom, it's another example of why he's quickly risen to become one of music's most exciting young artists.
