In race one of the Red Bull Crashed Ice Downhill World Championship 2014 in Helsinki, Finland the series had a new champion when Dallago took the honours ahead of Fabian Mels, Pacome Schmitt and Scott Croxall.
The Serena Ski Resort, in Espoo played host to an action-packed night of high-octance racing on a 290-metre-long permanent track, with a 45-metre-vertical drop, which proved to be one of the quickest courses the sport has witnessed.
And the conditions certainly seemed to suit the 23-year-old from Graz, Austria, who said: "I like this track, it was bumpy and challenging and I think I've become an expert on difficult tracks like this."
