Rallye Monte-Carlo marks the first stop on the WRC calendar – and it's always one of the most unpredictable.

This winter rally ventures deep into the frozen and remote forests of north-eastern Sweden. Studded tyres provide grip on snow and ice, and yet it is paradoxically one of the series' fastest rounds.

In 2026 the rally action is concentrated around the coastal roads and mountain passes near the port city of Rijeka where the course is characterised by diverse terrain.

This year is the 50th anniversary of Rally Islas Canarias, and its second outing on the WRC calendar.

Known for its dynamic stages, varying from dusty gravel roads to technical twists, this event requires precision and endurance, as the demanding routes test drivers' limits of control and agility.

Against the backdrop of mesmerising Japanese landscapes on the tough mountain roads of the Aichi and Gifu regions, drivers must navigate narrow tracks and grapple for grip on tree-strewn sections.

The 'Rally of the Gods' moves south for 2026, to the coastal city of Loutraki where drivers must navigate mostly gravel roads in scorching heat.

This summer rally challenges drivers and cars with fast, winding gravel roads on a technical course, which takes place in and around the southern Estonian town of Tartu and the Peipsi Lake region.

Rally Finland is one of the fastest rallies on the WRC calendar. Cars fly on hard, wide gravel roads – speeds can be so high that even the smallest time differences can be heavily punished.

Rally del Paraguay takes place in the Itapúa region and is characterised by red gravel roads and dense forest sections along the Paraná River.

Rally Chile Bio Bío's gravel roads guarantee plenty of twists and turns. Based in Chile's second-largest city, this route includes technical, winding and cambered forest tracks in the Biobío region.

The Mediterranean backdrop of Sardinia may be welcoming, but this is one of the WRC's toughest stops. There's no room for error, thanks to narrow, rugged gravel tracks pushing tyres to their limits.

Rally Saudi Arabia is the host for the season finale. The course takes in mountainous, volcanic and desert terrain, providing three distinct landscapes.
