In 2026, the world’s toughest downhill mountain bike event returned to Australia and the wild terrain of Tasmania's Maydena Bike Park. With a brutally technical track, massive jumps and a rugged landscape, this year's Red Bull Hardline Tasmania delivered another unforgettable chapter in the event’s history.
The wildest weekend in mountain biking returned to Maydena Bike Park on February 7–8, 2026, as Red Bull Hardline Tasmania once again pushed the limits of what’s possible on two wheels.
The 2026 Tasmanian edition marked the 12th year of Red Bull Hardline since its creation in Wales in 2014, and delivered another unmissable showdown as the world’s most progressive male and female MTB riders pushed the limits on one of the most extreme courses in the sport. The event also marked Red Bull Hardline’s third visit to the Southern Hemisphere.
