How Players Qualify
Age of Empires II
- Players enter through the Ranked Ladder Qualifier, where top performers earn direct spots in the main event.
- Remaining competitors fight through a Last-Chance Qualifier, a high-stakes knockout bracket that determines the final main-event slots.
Age of Empires IV
- Features a series of open qualifiers and a main qualifier, organised by Elite Gaming Channel, narrowing the field down to the top four contenders.

Main event structure
Age of Empires II
- Two competitive groups battle in round-robin matches.
- The lowest-ranked player in each group is eliminated before playoffs.
- Match progression includes:
- Best of 5 (Group Stage)
- Best of 7 (Round of 6 & Semifinals)
- Best of 9 (Grand Final)
Age of Empires IV
- A top-four single-elimination bracket.
- Semifinals and the Grand Final are both played as Best of 5.

Signature Game Mode
All Age of Empires II matches are played in Empire Wars, Red Bull Wololo’s fast-paced signature mode where players begin in Feudal Age with starting economies already developed—leading to immediate action and high-intensity strategy.

Map Pool
Red Bull Wololo: Londinium features a custom-built map pool for AoE2. Each map offers unique terrain challenges, resource layouts, and strategic twists designed for competitive play and entertainment.
