Early Career

Caranta began his competitive karting journey at a young age, showcasing his talent immediately. His first significant achievement came in 2018 when he clinched the title in the Coupe de France in the MINIME category. In 2019, Jules entered the European karting scene with the Tony Kart Racing Team, competing in the 60 Mini class of the WSK championships. After building vital experience, he progressed to the ultra-competitive OKJ category in 2021. 2024 Season

Jules Caranta made his anticipated move to single-seaters in 2024 by undertaking a dual F4 campaign. He started the year competing in the Formula 4 UAE Championship with R-ace GP (and one round with Saintéloc Racing), where he gained essential experience, finishing 15th overall and securing 3rd place in the Rookie standings.
His primary focus was the French F4 Championship with the FFSA Academy. He had an exceptional rookie season, finishing 3rd overall in the championship with four victories and eleven podium finishes. Notably, his consistency was key, as he was the only driver to finish in the top 10 in all 20 races he contested. His standout rookie performance in single-seaters earned him a seat in the Red Bull Junior Team in Fall 2024.

2025 Season

Caranta successfully stepped up to the Eurocup-3 series in 2025, continuing his partnership with Campos Racing. This relationship began earlier in the year when he competed with them in the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship, gaining essential experience in the Tatuus car.
In his rookie main-series season, he finished 6th overall in the Drivers' Standings. Although he did not secure a race win, his consistency was rewarded with four podium finishes and two pole positions throughout the 18-race season. His performance, especially his pace in qualifying, confirmed his rapid adaptation to the higher-level machinery.
