The Red Bull Junior Team provides chances to drivers with raw talent who might not have the resources and support to go through the F1 ladder system on their own.
The ultimate goal is to develop F1 winners who share our vision and racing culture.
All F1 team junior academies logically share some common ingredients, but the Red Bull Junior Team is the one that has them all at the very highest level. Red Bull also supports two F1 teams with four seats available on the grid and we’ve had the most consistent programme over the years with the highest tally of drivers reaching F1.
The programme is not just a sticker on a helmet. The technical and physical training support is a core part of our Junior Team. Also, our junior drivers are Red Bull Athletes which gives them a unique exposure to the powerhouse of Red Bull marketing and communications.
To turn a drivers’ spark into a career, they must master their craft.
To have an unrelenting desire to get better every day with a single-minded focus on racing, combined with a work ethic and intelligence to grow within that mindset. Then the work begins.
