Forty years after the Jarama races, Formula 1 returns to a more accessible, central location in Madrid for 2026. The "Madring" venue combines public roads and private sections into a hybrid circuit similar to the Miami layout.
The track consists of 22 corners and multiple straights where speeds hit 340 kph, complemented by sharp elevation changes. A primary feature is "La Monumental" (Turn 12), a 500-meter semicircular curve with 24% banking. This specific turn accommodates 45,000 fans and requires six seconds of continuous high-speed driving.
