2025

The 2025 season was a landmark year for the program, defined by the promotion of Isack Hadjar to Formula 1 and a dominant sweep of major junior titles by the newest recruits.

Highlights

Arvid Lindblad finished 6th in the Formula 2 standings, securing three victories. For 2026, he has been officially promoted to Racing Bulls to partner Liam Lawson, while Isack Hadjar moves up to the senior Red Bull Racing team to replace Yuki Tsunoda.
Pepe Martí concluded the Formula 2 season with three race victories, departed F2 before the end of the season to join Cupra Kiro for Formula E, partnering with Dan Ticktum.
Ernesto Rivera finished the 2025 Eurocup-3 season in 4th place overall, recording 3 wins and 7 podiums across 18 races.
In his first year of single-seaters, McLaughlin secured the British F4 Championship at the Brands Hatch finale. He dominated the field with five victories and took the Rookie Cup title early, marking one of the most successful debuts in the program's history.
At just 14 years old, Rocco Coronel became the first non-British driver to win the Ginetta Junior Championship. His season was nearly flawless, recording 11 wins and 19 podiums in 22 races, proving his readiness for Formula 4 in 2026.
Chiara Bättig and Mattia Colnaghi were the only two drivers selected from the August 2025 Estoril driver search. Bätting become the second female driver in the program's history after Dutch racer Beitske Visser, who was signed in April 2013.

2024

The Junior Team delivered a standout year across the upper echelons of the feeder series, defined by a fierce Formula 2 title charge and a record-breaking rookie campaign in Formula 3.

Highlights

Isack Hadjar emerged as the primary title protagonist in Formula 2. He became the "King of Sundays," securing Feature Race victories at Melbourne, Imola, Silverstone, and Spa. Despite narrowly missing the title in the final round, his performance secured him a full-time seat with Racing Bulls for 2025.
Pepe Martí became only the third driver in the modern era of Formula 2 to achieve a double podium on his debut weekend. He capped his rookie year with a clinical masterclass at Yas Marina. Starting 4th in the Sprint Race, he seized the lead at the first corner and dominated the field to win by over five seconds, marking his maiden Formula 2 victory and securing his seat for the 2025 season
Returning to Japan to compete in Super Formula with Team Mugen, Ayumu Iwasa proved his adaptability to the world’s second-fastest cars. He secured the Rookie of the Year title after a string of second-place finishes and a pole position, while also making his official F1 Free Practice debut at the Japanese Grand Prix.
Arvid Lindblad rewrote the record books in Formula 3. At his home race in Silverstone, he became the first driver in the modern era to win both the Sprint and Feature races in a single weekend. His win percentage of 20% stands as the highest in the championship's history for a rookie.
Tim Tramnitz converted a reverse-grid pole position into his first Formula 3 win at the Monza Sprint Race. Oliver Goethe emerged as a title contender before a high-profile mid-season promotion saw him graduate to Formula 2. Goethe delivered his strongest weekend in F3 at Imola, nearly securing a double victory.
Jules Caranta finished 3rd in the 2024 French F4 Championship with 266 points, securing 11 podiums across 20 races.
Enzo Deligny secured two FRECA rookie victories at Imola and the Hungaroring. In the fall, he laid the groundwork for his 2025 campaign by finishing 4th in the 2024 Macau Grand Prix (F4 specification).
Following a world-title-winning karting career, the Thai-Spanish talent Enzo Tarnvanichkul successfully transitioned to single-seaters. He his maiden single-seater podium at Motorland Aragón.
Scott Lindblom, Fionn McLaughlin, Ernesto Rivera were signed to the Junior Team in August following a successful evaluation at the Jerez circuit. Rocco Coronel joined the pair in September, becoming the youngest Dutchman to enter the program at age 13.

2023

The Junior Team was defined by a formidable six-driver presence in Formula 2 and a high-stakes title fight in Japan, while a mid-season F1 vacancy allowed the program to showcase its premier reserve talent on the world stage.

Highlights

Liam Lawson competed in Japan and nearly secured the Super Formula title, missing out by only 8 points.On top he became the first driver in the history of the modern Super Formula era to win on his debut weekend. His season was highlighted by an emergency call-up to Formula 1 to replace an injured driver at Scuderia AlphaTauri. He competed in five Grands Prix, scoring points in Singapore (9th) and proving his readiness for a full-time seat.
Ayumu Iwasa finished the F2 season with 165 points and 3 victories, marking his most successful campaign in the category.
Isack Hadjar finished 14th in his rookie Formula 2 campaign, highlighted by his maiden podium and a victory in the Zandvoort Sprint Race. His potential was further recognized by the program through his official Formula 1 practice debuts for both Scuderia AlphaTauri and Red Bull Racing.
Enzo Deligny contested Spanish F4 and finished the season 4th after 2 victories.
Enzo Tarnvanichkul finished 4th in the Karting World Championship (OK), moving up from 11th on the grid in the final.
In October, Tim Tramnitz was officially signed to the Junior Team, a move that provided the necessary backing to secure his graduation to Formula 3 for the following season.

2022

The Junior Team established a formidable presence on the Formula 2 grid with five drivers (Lawson, Iwasa, Hauger, Daruvala, and Vips). Liam Lawson led the group in the final standings, while Ayumu Iwasa emerged as a standout talent by winning the prestigious Abu Dhabi season finale to secure a top-five championship finish in his rookie year.

Highlights

Liam Lawson finished 3rd in the F2 Drivers' Championship with 149 points, placing him as the highest-ranked member of the Junior Team. Ayumu Iwasa secured 5th place in the F2 standings with 141 points, including two Feature Race victories in France and Abu Dhabi.
Isack Hadjar became the first driver in the Formula 3 season to secure a victory on his debut weekend. Jak Crawford's victory at the Red Bull Ring was his first win in the Formula 3 category and Prema Racing's first Sprint win of that season.

2021

The Junior Team lineup was characterized by total dominance in the Formula 3 Championship and a dual-threat campaign in Formula 2, while the program’s most versatile talent ventured into GT3 racing.

Highlights

Dennis Hauger won the Formula 3 title with 205 points, finishing 26 points ahead of Jack Doohan.
Jüri Vips secured two victories at the Baku F2 round, making him the only driver to win twice in a single weekend under the 2021 three-race format.
Liam Lawson undertook a unique double program in Formula 2 and the DTM. He won his debut race in both categories and led the DTM standings for most of the year. Despite a controversial season finale at the Norisring that left him as runner-up, his performance established him as one of the program's most adaptable drivers.
At just 13 years old, Arvid Lindblad joined the Junior Team as one of the world's highest-rated karting prospects winning the WSK Euro Series in OKJ in his maiden season for the team. The youngest Junior finished 126 points ahead of his nearest competitor.
Jak Crawford won 8 of the 16 Euroformula Open races he contested in 2021, achieving a higher win total than champion Cameron Das (7 wins).
Ayumu Iwasa's victory in Race 1 at the Hungarian Grand Prix made him the only Japanese winner in the Formula 3 season that year.
