This stacked list of skiers has come to be known as Legs of Steel, and they’ve been travel companions for a long time. PASSENGER captures this essence. A cinematic adventure that spans four continents, it aims to highlight the emotion and experiences of each location. The storyline winds through the twists of some exciting winter seasons, and what it’s like to be a constant passenger.
The Legs of Steel crew was born in 2009, forged from the ideas and passions of four freeskiers with a goal to drive innovation in freeski movie production. It is a group of friends, both unique athletes and talented filmmakers, creating a film true to themselves. They strive to use the newest filmmaking techniques, while keeping their culture and ski heritage intact. This combination of professionalism, friendship and creativity has quickly made its mark in the international freeski scene. To keep progressing and growing, they always strive to work with more talented, likeminded friends to grow the Legs of Steel legacy.
Starring in the film are LOS original members Paddy Graham, Bene Mayr and Thomas Hlawitschka, as well as close friends Sven Kueenle, Oscar Scherlin, Freeride World Tour star Sam Smoothy and Olympic Gold medallists Joss Christensen and David Wise. Andre Nutini and David Peacock are the directors for the film. Make sure to keep your eyes open for the film's release coming October 2015.
