Live event
Sixteen top BMX Park riders are out to show their best skills on the most challenging park ever built.
From the start the riders went full throttle and took risks to score points for their team. The course and the fans demanded big tricks and everyone got what they came for: next-level BMX. More than 2,000 fans were in attendance to witness the teams push each other on.
After the first round it was a tie between the teams, but at round two the hole was hit by Bezanson – the Best Trick round, in which four riders per team competed against each other, scored five points in one fell swoop. Wedemeijer and his team didn't come back from that. Both round three and the final ended in a draw between the two teams, so that team Bezanson eventually won by five points.

Event highlights
The world's best BMX Park riders took on the most challenging park ever built at Red Bull Uncontained.
"Amazing!" said Bezanson. "I'm speechless right now. That was probably the most insane contest I have ever ridden. Everyone is here for the same reason, to lift BMX to a higher level and above all to have a lot of fun."
Wedemeijer added: "This really is next level! The highest park I have ever ridden for a competition, but this is what BMX Freestyle [Park] should be like. Training together, improving together all week and then showing the audience the best tricks!"

The crowd and fans watching the live stream voted American Jake Leiva, Wedemeijer's team-mate, their Rider of the Day thanks to his crowd-thrilling 360 Tailtap Double Tailwhip.
