Hi Everyone,
Since it will be my first season on a Moto3 machine, I trained very hard over the winter. Running, cycling, strength and coordination were always part of the training plan. My most loyal training buddy was my best friend and at the same time my cousin. He really pushed me to my limits. But because of him, I also feel really good in my body. Of course, a bit of skiing was also included when you live in Austria.
I also spent a lot of time with my friends because they always support me and we always have fun together, which motivates me a lot and relaxes me. With my friends I played a lot of poker to train my poker face (HAHAHA).
Furthermore, I was in Spain for two weeks in order not to lose the feeling for the bike over the winter. And I was able to complete many laps in Valencia and Cartagena. When the weather allowed, I rode my KTM RC4 in Austria and trained on our motocross track which is located in the middle of our chicken coop.
I feel ready for the start of the season and I am motivated to learn a lot of new things.
