Corentin started early. "I began when I was 3 years old with and ATV. My father then bought to me a PW50, then a PW80 and after that I got a Kawasaki 65cc that I rode to my first victory. I raced in motocross until 2011."
"During 2011 I met Laurent Fellon and Johann Zarco, they helped me discover tarmac and I really liked it. Now road racing is my passion. I want to go as far as possible in motorcycle racing to reach the best results I can." He enjoys the support of his family. "Thanks to my parents, they have always supported me in my projects. My father accompanied me on the track since I was little."

After his first season in Rookies Cup he is still very much still a novice on tarmac and not surprisingly he still looks back fondly on his times in motocross. "My best racing memory was on my 85cc KTM motocrosser. It was in Cingoli, Italy at the Junior World Championship. I finished 5th in the overall standings on this beautiful track."
He certainly enjoys road racing though and loved the Rookies Cup from the start. "My best race in 2013 was at Austin in the USA. A pretty good result (8th in Race 2) for my first race at the Red Bull Rookies Cup. It is a circuit where I loved riding. I love tracks with fast sections well as sequences, I also like heavy braking. In motocross, jumps gives me a lot of great feelings."

His racing heroes are Marc Marquez, Valentino Rossi and Antonio Cairoli (Moto Cross). At school he enjoys sport and mechanical workshop and during his free time, cycling and driving construction equipment.
"I put 100% into racing, I love the bike and the competition, it has been part of my life since I was little. I will continue to give everything in 2014 and get the best possible results in the Red Bull Rookies Cup."
