About Me

“It all started when I was 6 years old. I love racing because I used to often watch my father practice and race. My father was racing in Super Sport 600 in our National Championship. All of my family supported my career, especially my father. My father gave me a Mini GP when I was 5 years old, and started to introduce me to the world of racing. I started my first race when I was 6 years old. My father is an Entrepreneur and my mother looks after our family and they always provide good support and accompany me."
"I have a sister who is 6 years younger than me. My hero is Casey Stoner and I want to be the first Indonesian MotoGP rider and become a world champion. When I am not riding a motorcycle I like fishing and cycling, at school I enjoy sport. I learned a lot from 2023 in Asia Talent Cup. I learned to fight with another rider, get the best set-up and riding position. In 2024 I want to be a winner in the Red Bull Rookies Cup. It is very important to me when I see other people happy and proud to see me win and bring Indonesia's name to the International championship level.”
“My greatest achievement so far is the Asia Talent Cup 2023 because I was the first Indonesian champion in the Cup. I will remember this first success. My best race was Round 5 in the Cup in Malaysia because I could lock up the championship title. My favourite track is Motegi, I think the Motegi circuit is a challenging track. It has high-speed corners and also ascents and descents. For me, it is important to remember that the struggle you do today is the single way to build a better future. You have to be optimistic about yourself.”

2024 Season

“I have 2 best races from 2024. The first is in Austria, Race 2. In the beginning the track was a little bit slippery and the top group got a little bit of gap from me. But lap by lap I could cut the gap and try to catch the top group. Also the battle on the last lap, especially the last corner was great, I passed Valentine and finally, I made my first podium in Rookies Cup.”
“The second great was the last race of the season in Misano. I felt very good and confident and had so many battles in the race. So even though I didn't get on the podium I was battling with the top riders in Rookies Cup and I really enjoyed the race. So now my best ever race is the podium in Austria. The best things that happened in 2024 were getting the news that I will race again in Europe, a second year of Rookies Cup, the podium in Austria and the fact that I could train together with MotoGP riders on flat track.”
“The worst time of the year was in Jerez Race 1 when I crashed twice. A lot of the funniest times I had was with all my friends, also my Mechanic Helper Guillermo (Sanchis Balaguer) especially when staying in Tarragona, Spain. In 2025 I hope I can fight for the Championship in Rookies Cup.”

2025 Season

Veda delivered a highly competitive 2025 campaign in his second season, making the necessary step from a points scorer to a multiple race winner. The Indonesian rider established himself as the main title rival, achieving Rookies Cup Runner-Up status and a full-time 2026 Moto3 World Championship seat.
Pratama was the only rider capable of consistently challenging the championship leader. His season was defined by a stunning mid-year run: he achieved his maiden Rookies Cup victory at the Mugello Circuit, becoming Indonesia's first-ever race winner in the series, and immediately backed it up with a second win for a double victory at the Mugello Circuit. He added a third win at the Sachsenring, finishing the year with a total of six podiums and seven top-four results, proving he had the speed for victory in any conditions.
On top Pratama finished the FIM JuniorGP World Championship in a strong 10th place overall, but his success as Rookies Cup Runner-Up was the main catalyst for his graduation to the Moto3 World Championship. He will race for the prestigious Honda Team Asia, solidifying his role as the next key talent emerging from the Asian Road to MotoGP development program.
