1/2 lime, juiced
4cl brown rum to “float”
1 sprig of fresh herbs (mint or rosemary)

Add 4–5 ice cubes to the glass
ORGANICS Ginger Beer

Add juice of 1/2 lime and 2 thin slices of fresh ginger
1/2 lime, juiced

Add ORGANICS Ginger Beer and “float” 4 cl of brown rum on top
