The folk at Valve have been busy bees in the run-up to their multi-million dollar Dota 2 tournament, The International 4. One of the many tasks on their list has been to shore up a roster of presenters, casters, statistics buffs and assorted big names to keep viewers entertained, whether they're in the auditorium or on a sofa thousands of miles away. You wanna know who's on the guest list so far?

Casters

The casters make up the biggest section of the invite list by far. Picking through the list we found the likes of Aaron 'Ayesee' Chambers, Toby 'Tobiwan' Dawson, Troels 'Synderen' Nielson, David 'LD' Gorman and Shannon 'Sunsfan' Scotten. If last year's set-up is anything to go by, the casters will take it in turns occupying the casting desk to the side of the auditorium's stage leaving the others casters free to commentate elsewhere or analyse the action in between the matches.

Hosts

The International 3 had a core panel led by James '2GD' Harding and backed up by regulars Ben 'Merlini' Wu, Jacob 'Maelk' Toft-Andersen and Bruno 'Bruno' Carlucci. Looking at the roster of confirmed attendees for the upcoming event, only Maelk's name appears to be missing so it might be a case of repeating last year's panel structure but filling his former pro-player commentator spot with someone like Synderen.

Stats

With such a wealth of data to pick through, the value of statisticians is huge. As a result we're pleased to see Bruno Carlucci and Bryan 'Kpoptosis' Herren both on the invite list again this year. These are the guys who can tell you about the most picked heroes, about how frequently items get picked up in the game, the quickest times for certain Dota 2 achievements, and spotting important or curious trends and patterns. These guys are full of fun facts and fascinating snippets of information, and it’s well worth listening to them.

Kaci

Local news anchor and reporter Kaci Aitchison endeared herself to the entire Dota 2 community with her presenting work at TI3. She may not have known her micro skills from her Michael skills but her background in live reporting and improv meant she was more than capable of dealing with any situation from dancing with cosplayers, interviewing a man in a giant horse head or giving as good as she got with the professional players.

You?

As well as the casters, the statsfolk, the presenters and the commentators, there's also going to be a huge audience for the event. Most of the viewers will be joining in via various streams, but thousands will be attending the KeyArena in person. If you're going to be there let us know what you're most looking forward to and which team you'll be supporting!
