In 2022, Nasser marked his name in Rally Raid, taking home his 4th Dakar Rally title, preceded by his wins in 2019, 2015 and 2011. 2020 took a turn as he came in 2nd overall in the Car category in the first edition of the Dakar Rally to take place in the Middle East region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His four victories in the Dakar Rally make him the only Middle Easterner and West Asian to win the competition more than once.
Talk about world records, Nasser is an 19-Times Middle East Rally Champion (MERC), winning in style consecutively from 2005 till 2009, and then resuming his
winning streak from 2011 till 2022, clinching the 19th title of the championship after the mega win of rally of Lebanon 2022.
He is also a 1-time Production World Rally Championship winner (PWRC) in 2006 and holds the title for the World Rally Championship WRC-2 in 2014 and 2015 consecutively,
and a 5-time title holder of the FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies I the years 2008, and 2015, 2016, 2017 consecutively, as well as 2021.
If that wasn’t enough, Nasser is also an Olympic Bronze Medalist in Skeet Shooting in 2012 at the London Summer Olympics.
At the age of 51, the prince of the dunes still breathes motorsports and stays hungry for more success! Following acclaiming 1st place at Dakar 2022, Nasser
kicked off the 2022 MERC season with a straight win at Oman Rally 2022, Qatar Rally 2022, Jordan Rally 2022, and 2nd place in Kuwait, adding to it the most recent rally of Lebanon 2022 win.
Nasser and Co- Driver Mathieu Baumel, AKA the Dream Team, are all geared up with the Toyota Hilux T1+ from the Gazoo Racing Team and the furious POLO from VW, ready to bash the dunes and roads, making their way to more wins.
