MODERN SLAVERY & HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT FOR RED BULL COMPANY LIMITED (“Red Bull”) The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires qualifying businesses operating in the UK to disclose the steps and measures they have taken to ensure their business and supply chains are free from modern slavery. Red Bull markets and sells Red Bull energy drinks and related products in the UK. Red Bull operates a zero tolerance approach to Modern Slavery of any kind within its operations and supply chain. OUR OWN BUSINESS In 2008 the wider Red Bull Group implemented its Global Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”). The objective of the Code is to ensure that Red Bull group companies operate ethically and in compliance with applicable labour laws, rules and regulations. Red Bull’s policies and the Code are regularly reviewed and our employees are trained to ensure that the Code is implemented across the business. Red Bull is committed to maintaining appropriate safeguards against the mistreatment of persons within its business and supply chain, including ensuring our staff are aware of modern slavery issues, how to identify any such issues and the correct procedure to report any concerns an employee may have. OUR SUPPLY CHAINS Red Bull strictly prohibits the use of slavery or human trafficking in its supply chain. Red Bull’s standard purchasing terms and conditions place obligations upon our suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Red Bull specifically reserves the right to terminate its supply agreements in the event a supplier is found to be in breach of its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. For any new supplier, Red Bull requires that they sign up to a UK specific version of our Code, which includes compliance with the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
