The bulldog is teaming up with Eddie Masters, Anton Cooper and Charlie Murray to raise funds for the charity - each completing a half marathon in their individual hotel rooms whilst in quarantine

1. For the people that don’t know, what and who will be attempting the Quarantine Half Marathon?

So, we will be attempting to run 21k in our hotel room. Normally done outside, haha! But we like a challenge so came up with this idea of having four of us and four different rooms sizes.
Eddie Masters has the smallest room with a 5m loop, with the biggest room belonging to Anton Cooper measured at 11.5m per loop. Myself and Charlie Murray have an 8m looped room.

2. How did this idea come about?

The original idea came from Eddie, he has such a creative mind so non-the-less this was his brainchild. I guess it's something to do and kill time during quarantine and a massive mental challenge.

3. With the aim of raising money for Burwood Spinal Unit and Westpac Rescue Helicopter, what do these organisations mean to you?

Burwood Spinal unit and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter are pretty close to use. Burwood for me was an important part of my recovery and the Westpac is close to us as a few of our friends and family have rescued by them.

4. Where can we donate and watch the crew attempt the quarantine half Marathon?

You can donate to our give a little page here

The group will be going live on their Instagram pages from 7:30am Saturday morning (NZST) - so tune in to follow!
