The world's best freeride mountain bikers are heading back to southwest, Utah, for Red Bull Rampage. As the event celebrates 25 years of freeride progression, innovation and boundary-pushing riding, 18 elite athletes have been confirmed for the men's competition on Saturday, October 10.
From returning champions and Red Bull Rampage veterans to a new class of event rookies, this year's lineup showcases the evolution of big-mountain freeride and the athletes continuing to redefine what's possible on two wheels.

Hayden Zablotny returns to defend his title
Defending Red Bull Rampage champion Hayden Zablotny returns to Utah

Defending champion Hayden Zablotny returns to the Utah desert after earning his breakthrough victory in 2025. Now one of eight pre-qualified athletes, the Canadian rider will look to build on last year's success against one of the deepest fields in recent Rampage history.
Joining Zablotny are seasoned Red Bull Rampage contenders including Thomas Genon, Tom van Steenbergen, Tomas Lemoine, Reed Boggs, Talus Turk, Cam Zink and Finley Kirschenmann. Together, they represent a mix of proven podium contenders, big-mountain specialists and fan favourites who have helped shape the modern era of freeride mountain biking.

The 2026 lineup also features four event rookies alongside a strong group of returning competitors selected through the wildcard process.
Athletes including Carson Storch, Szymon Godziek, Tom Isted and Bienvenido Aguado Alba bring significant Red Bull Rampage experience, while riders such as Connor Gallart, Kaiden Ingersoll, Johny Salido and Kade Edwards continue the influx of fresh talent pushing the sport forward.
Selected by a committee of former Red Bull Rampage competitors, judges, professional athletes and industry experts, wildcard invitations are awarded based on competition results, video submissions and overall riding ability.

Unlike traditional mountain bike competitions, Red Bull Rampage gives athletes the opportunity to create their own lines down the mountain. Supported by two-person dig crews, riders spend days hand-building features into the natural terrain before unveiling their vision on competition day.

Celebrating 25 Years of Red Bull Rampage
Twenty-five years after the first riders dropped into Utah's rugged desert landscape, Red Bull Rampage remains the ultimate proving ground for the sport's biggest names.
Since its debut in 2001, the event has crowned 11 different winners across 19 editions while serving as the stage for some of mountain biking's most iconic moments. The 2026 competition marks the 20th edition of Red Bull Rampage and another milestone in the evolution of freeride.

How to watch Red Bull Rampage 2026
Fans can watch the women's competition live on Thursday, October 8, followed by the men's competition on Saturday, October 10. Both events will stream on Red Bull TV and the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel.
