Snowboarder, writer, director, photographer: David Benedek is snowboarding’s own cultural dynamo. Here he reveals the five things that make him tick.
Director Tom Kuntz He's doing some all around hilarious work. And the perfection of what he does blows my mind. Simply from a production design stand point, it's so awesome to look at. If you want to have a good laugh, make sure to also check out his series of commercials for DirectTV.

Temazcal by Monsters of Folk It's just such a good song. I'm already kind of a Conor Oberst fan, so it's no surprise I like Monsters of Folk. I probably listen to this once a day at some point.

Furniture design by Alberto Biagetti What I drool over mainly is the fragility of his design and the combination of materials. It's not really stuff you'd want to have in your home necessarily, but they're simply incredibly beautiful to look at.
Fresh OJ That's the only thing I really try to do every morning and my only kitchen device I have some kind of deeper relationship with. My orange press.
Can't start your day better.

Mini ramp skating It's really the only type of skating where I can still make tiny steps of progress without feeling like I am on the edge of dying. I guess more like nano ramp skating. Anything over a metre scares the crap out of me.
