In this role you will be supporting the Hospitality team ensuring all Red Bull Racing guests enjoy a unique and premium experience during races, test and factory experiences. The role is crucial to support in daily operations, supporting the hospitality team, and partners in various projects. Tasks include hosting athletes, supporting Show Run events and ticketing, coordinating tours, organizing special events, and handling Paddock Club inventories.
Hospitality
Providing logistical support for the execution of Internal Events, including preparation of materials, setup of event spaces, and coordination of schedules.
Assisting with the management of Trackside Hospitality, ensuring that all aspects of guest experience are delivered to a high standard, from welcome to departure.
General Administrative
Play a crucial role in ensuring that all marketing materials are current and accurate. This involves regular updates and maintenance of our marketing calendar, coordinating with team members to reflect all marketing initiatives and deadlines accurately.
Merchandise Management
Play a key role in the management and stock control of merchandise, keeping inventory levels and records up to date.
Organize and maintain signing items for Red Bull Relations and Hospitality, ensuring availability and proper distribution for events.
Singapore Grand Prix (with Red Bull Singapore)
Spearhead the management of guest relations during the race weekend, coordinating exclusive Garage Tours, arranging memorable Meet & Greets, and facilitating the After Party to deliver an unparalleled experience for our guests.

You are self-motivated & have a great work ethic – high-energy, active approach in both managing/pushing Red Bull local markets to success and identifying new opportunities.

Current enrollment in an accredited university, college, or polytechnic program at the undergraduate or graduate level, or possession of a diploma, degree, or higher qualification from a recognized local institution of higher education.
